The kitchen is a calming shade of blue with an integral dishwasher and ample equipment, a stylish room with breakfast bar and lounge area to the side with armchairs and a skylight allowing the light to flood into through the living areas and a door out to the garden. Next to the dining room there is also a downstairs shower room. Up the first flight of stairs to the bedrooms, on this floor there is a spacious king size bedroom with a lovely bay window where you can catch a glimpse of the estuary. There is a twin room with another sea glimpse at the rear of the house along with the roomy family bathroom which has a bath and a separate shower. There is also a third small room with a single bed for any relegated snorers! Up on the top floor there is a stunning master suite, a spacious king size room with spectacular views of the Camel Estuary and an en-suite shower room. Accessed from the kitchen, there is an enclosed patio garden with a bench table and chairs and a lovely little summerhouse.There is no private parking with this property. Padstow is a picturesque harbour town, that’s winding streets hide a plentiful number of pleasant surprises, with something for everyone. Famous for it’s selection of gourmet restaurants, including those of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth, Padstow offers an amazing culinary scene and several brilliant pubs and bars.
