There is allocated parking for one car The space A feeling of peace and serenity enfolds you when entering this eclectic, stylish, and gorgeously decorated apartment. The bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed, and there lovely sofa bed in the lounge, comfortable for 2 young children or 1 adult. A 3 minutes walk to the beautiful sea at Baiter Park & Poole Quay. The perfect holiday destination! Guest access Access is via a keysafe. Other things to note * Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. * Please note that a fee will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. * Property is managed by Pass The Keys * My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

    The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
