A luxury shepherds hut in the heart of Whitstable. This is a traditionally built hut with all the luxuries of a modern structure, including wifi, kitchenette with toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge, wet room, TV and double bed. It even has underfloor heating for the winter months. Our hut has been beautifully crafted by a local team who have really made the space work well. The hut sleeps four people but we would recommend that it is most suited to a couple or two adults with up to two young children. The outside area is perfect for relaxing and dining in the warmer months. The shepherds hut is at the back of our garden but has a separate entrance and is fenced off from the rest of the garden for privacy. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

In a quiet neighboured close to the high street and harbour. Whitstable town has been famous for some time for its Oysters, they play a large part in Whitstables commerce and culture. Although with it being a seaside town it is not just about the oysters, it has a range of excellent fish and chip shops and restaurants which use most of the locally caught fresh fish. You can even enjoy a day sailing aboard the Thames barge which is the one of the oldest remaining barges left in Britain built in 1892. The town also holds a thriving pub scene with a handful of them offering live music over the weekend. There is also a selection of museums and galleries across the Whitstable high street. Getting around Free parking is available onsite but vehicular access is tight and may not suit less confident drivers. It is also at the end of a gravel path which needs to be reversed out of. On street parking is also available near by. When arriving, park in Co-Op car park temporarily. There is a pedestrian entrance to the shepherds hut which can be accessed via the gate in front of bay 9. There is a key safe by this gate which has the remote control for the electric gate in it. Once you have the remote, drive out of the car park turning right. Take the first right on to Wheatley Rd. On Wheatley Rd, take the first turning on your right down a gravel path. The entrance is through the electric gate at the end of this path.
