There is private access to the guest living space separate from the rest of the house and one car parking space for free is offered on my driveway. The lounge area comprises of; huge luxury sofa, 75 inch Smart TV (with Prime Video included), board games, books, kettle, speciality teas, coffee, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, cutlery, milk, toaster, bin, welcome book, and small mini fridge with complimentary breakfast items, treats and more. The en-suite area comprises of; wardrobe, toilet, shower, hand towel, bath towel(s), hair dryer, shower mat, bin, and all luxury Molton Brown bathroom essentials. Property local to bars, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, M1 motorway and train station. Centre of Darton is 0.7 miles away, while the centre of Mapplewell is 0.6 miles away. Quiet location close to attractions such as - Cawthorne (2.7 miles), Cannon Hall (3.4 miles), Yorkshire Sculpture Park (2.9 miles) and lots more! My welcome book has plenty of recommendations to interest you including where to eat/drink locally. *Please note, the entrance to your part of the property is down some steps at the side of the house, so may not be suitable for anyone with physical disabilities* *This is a family home with 2 children and we have 3 dogs who will use the garden on your level. We will keep the dogs away from you (although friendly)* *No guests under the age of 18 may stay without a parent or guardian present, both guests require to be 18 + unless a parent & child. Hi I'm Laura, a Sales Manager who works from home. We decided to open up our property to guests as it's in the ideal location for business travelling and romantic getaways. I love people - have to in my job I suppose - I'm here for anything you need during your stay, including for collection from Darton train station (subject to my availability). I'm a step mum to 2 wonderful children, and a dog mum to 3 rescues. I will leave you alone for the duration of your stay once I've done a walk through upon your arrival unless you need me for anything, including bringing down takeaways for you :-). Nestled in between Darton and Mapplewell, our property is ideally located to the M1 motorway (less than 2 miles away) and 0.7 miles to the train station. This semi rural location provides excellent amenities for couples and a parent travelling with a child alike. You're a stones throw away from a lovely river walk at Longfields, or to go a few miles further is the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Cannon Hall where enjoyable days out can be had. We have 2 Co Ops for any necessities, an abundance of bars, pubs, and restaurants - our favourite for views is at the Cherry Tree in High Hoyland and for food The Talbot in Mapplewell.
