The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a dishwasher, a utility with a further tumble dryer, a cloakroom, and two sitting rooms, both with TVs and woodburning stoves. All bedrooms have en-suites and consist of three super-king-size, two with (zip/link), one of which has a TV, a king-size and a twin. There's also a single-storey annexe with a studio-style layout with a king-size bed, kettle, toaster, mini fridge, TV, and a shower room. Outside there is a multi-level wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, furniture, fire pit and sun loungers, along with a private driveway for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.6 miles, and a pub and the beach in 0.5 miles.
