Simples is a charming first-floor apartment resting at the heart of Dartmouth in Devon. There are two bedrooms in the property sleeping four people, consisting of a king-size and a double both with TVs, served by a shower room. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the rear of the property is an enclosed decking and gravelled area with furniture.
