For greatest flexibility, 1 downstairs bedroom is laid out with 2 x single beds for easy access for someone that would struggle with climbing stairs. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, 2 are laid out with super king size beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. The house has a downstairs bathroom with wet room & WC, and an upstairs family bathroom with a bath and a shower over the bath. The overall design of the property, along with our decor, provides a light and spacious feel that is comfortable and uncluttered. There is a fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with dishwasher, washing machine with and a separate tumble dryer, and all the other essentials, cookware and crockery you would expect. The lounge provides a comfortable heart of the property, complete with Smart TV, and 2 X leather sofas and a double patio door to the pergola and the garden. There is good quality free WiFi throughout the house. Also off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles on the drive and on-street parking is allowed. The rear garden is enclosed by a fence and laid to lawn. Comfortable central heating is provided by a combi gas boiler, which also provides instant hot water. With an environmental focus, we provide bins for rubbish and recycling which we strongly encourage you to use. We provide soaps, shampoos and body wash in refillable containers rather than single use items. With a view to the post-pandemic world, the check in is done entirely remotely.

The House is located in a residential area in Iver. Within 5 minutes walk to the Co Op and a pharmacy. The vibrant slough town centre offers restaurants, bars, shopping and a cinema. The house is well located for transport links, within quick striking distance of the M40, M25 and M4. The location, with 4 minute drive to Pinewood studios, easy reach to the industrial commercial areas of Slough and Uxbridge itself make it ideal for media, commercial and contractor travel. But guests will find the house convenient for visiting attractions such as LegoLand, Thorpe Park, Virginia Water and the historic town of Windsor. There are leisure facilities and local semi rural areas with outdoor activities and scenic walks and wooded areas such as Black Park. Langley train station is just under 3 miles away and provides access to express and commuter train services along the GWR (Great West Railway) train line. Trains run regularly into Paddington in just 24 minutes and to Reading and further West from just 25 minutes.
