Sitting at the head of the Coombe Valley with all the amenities of the Village close at hand.A beautifully renovated traditional Cornish Cottage with an extensive kitchen and glass roofed dining area and a large but cosy lounge with log burner. During peak school holiday periods we only offer week long letting. Thanks
I love an outdoor life, enjoy surfing , cycling and walking with my family . I run an Airbnb in Cornwall and run a business with my partner in Bristol. You will have the Cottage to yourselves.
The cottage sits at the head of the valley but within the conservation area of the village which has some great facilities.There are two good pubs,a great chippy ,excellent pizza bar,stores and butchers plus a lovely little cafe. Within a 1 1/2 mile drive,you'll find the beautiful beaches 'Sandymouth' and 'Duckpool' and venture a little further you'll find the gorgeous 'Northcott mouth' with Maggie's Tea and Cake caravan (50 yrs of trading!) Main bus links from the village centre and onto Exeter for main rail links.
