Whether you are here to visit Gloucester's Historic Docks, to explore The Cotswolds or nearby Cheltenham's Regency architecture this is the perfect location for your short term stay. Spread over 2 floors our private and self contained home has a stunning open plan kitchen / lounge / diner downstairs and 3 bedrooms with a modern bathroom upstairs and is beautifully presented throughout. When you arrive you'll find a driveway to the front with easy off road parking for at least 2 vehicles. The private front door opens to a bright entrance hallway leading to the open plan kitchen and living area. The cosy lounge has comfy leather sofas for up to 6 guests and a flat screen SMART TV and the stylish kitchen / diner has bifolding doors opening out onto to a beautifully landscaped garden to the rear. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven along with a kettle, toaster and microwave. The dining area has plenty of space to seat 6 guests. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath. Perfect for groups of up to 5, bedroom 1 has a Superking zip n link bed that can be split into singles on request, bedroom 2 has a Kingsize bed and bedroom 3 has a single bed. All bedrooms are dressed with crisp white 100% cotton linen. Please note: whilst we'll always try and accommodate last minute requests we do need at least 24 hours notice to split the 'Zip n Link' bed into singles. Wi-Fi is complimentary and available throughout your stay.

Our home is located in the residential are of Longlevens, Gloucester. There is a Tesco Supermarket an 8 minute walk away. The nearest pub is King Edward Vii and is an 8 minute walk away. The bus stop with buses every 10 minutes during the day that can take you directly to Gloucester City Centre and Cheltenham Town Centre is a 10 minute walk away.
