This impressive three-bedroom apartment offers an abundance of natural light and spacious indoor living areas. The apartment is carefully furnished with all the essential amenities you need to feel at home. Located in the heart of Edinburgh and one of the most sought-after residential areas near lively Marchmont, Meadows and University of Edinburgh, there are lots of cafe, restaurants, bars, boutique and grocery stores. You can reach the central Old Town and Grassmarket in 20 minutes walk. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance and features a living room with a sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room in the hallway, and an ensuite shower room in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the 2nd and 3rd bedroom has a double bed (UK size). The fully-equipped kitchen has all essentials for you should you wish to enjoy a meal within the home. You can find essential appliances such as a hob and oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cookware, and tableware in the kitchen. You can also use the washing machine in the kitchen to do the laundry and there is a drying rack/airer for you to dry clothes. A travel cot and high chair can be provided for free on request at least three days prior to your arrival date. Please note there is no linen provided for the travel cot, so you will need to bring your own linen for the cot if you need it. Please note the apartment is not suitable for holding any kind of parties and the apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. The garden is locked and not open for guests to use. We look forward to welcoming you to Edinburgh.

There is no parking at the apartment. However, on-street parking is free overnight from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 a.m. on Monday to Friday and free over the weekend from 5:30 p.m. on Friday to 8:30 a.m. on Monday. The nearest multi-storey car park is Q-Park Quartermile at 33 Simpson Loan.
