Although being close to the capital, the area has great rural appeal with plenty of green spaces close by. Farthing Downs and Box Hill AONB come recommended. If you're feeling adventurous, Go Action Forest with paintballing, laser tag and zorbing is in close reach to the property. There are plenty of amenities in the local area. There are two supermarkets close by (Waitrose and Morrisons) and the Kerala, Whyteleafe bar and grill and Pizza Express are local restaurant recommendations within a few minutes of the property.
