The property is situated on the edge of the village of Kilgetty, within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. There are public footpaths leading to the coastline, which is approximately a mile away and only ten minutes by car to Wiseman’s Bridge. The main resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby are a short distance along the coast. The gardens of the property are available to guests and provide seating areas for rest and relaxation. The apartment has patio doors opening onto a small patio area where guests can dine outside, or just relax and enjoy views across the gardens. There is also a secluded Japanese garden with seating - the newly built Japanese Tea House is planned for opening at the end of the Summer. Other amenities (Yoga Studio & Orangery) are planned for completion by Spring 2019, providing our guests with a feeling of wellbeing and stress-free environment to enjoy their special break. An information pack is provided with details of many attractions on offer in the area, and the property provides an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful coastline and amenities on offer in Pembrokeshire. The main Information Centre is located in the village (10 min walk).
Hi, my name is Celeste and I feel blessed to live in this beautiful part of West Wales, with its stunning coastline and areas of outstanding natural beauty! My husband and I will be your hosts for your stay and will usually be on hand to deal with any queries, whilst leaving you in peace to enjoy a relaxing stay at our property. Being on the edge of the village it is close to the amenities but enjoys a quiet location, surrounded by fields. I enjoy cooking and gardening and spend much of my time in the gardens and greenhouses where I am happy being one with nature. My husband and I enjoy interaction with others and are looking forward to welcoming guests to our property, which is designed to provide a stress free break and promote a feeling of wellbeing. The Apartment as been designed for luxury and comfort and we make every effort to facilitate an enjoyable stay for our guests. Your experience is important to us and recommendations and repeat bookings are our focus....so, we sincerely hope you are attracted to our place, and we look forward to welcoming you here soon!
The property is within a mile of the village centre of Kilgetty, accessible by a short walk or 5 minute drive. The village has a Co-Operative Food Store with large free car park attached and cash point. There are also two public houses, one with a restaurant - the other serving snack meals. The beachside ‘Wiseman’s Bridge Inn’ has a large restaurant and outside seating area, serving meals until 9pm. Also in the village is a Fish & Chip takeaway, a Chinese takeaway and an Indian restaurant and takeaway. Other shops include a Post Office/Spar, Pharmacy/Gift Shop, Bicycle Shop, Hairdressers, Bakery, and garage. The Information Centre is also a stop for the National Coaches and there is a railway station in the village centre connecting with main line routes and running regular services around the area. There is a fitness centre a short walk from the property.
