Fantastic spacious modern house, in a lovely rural setting and a great location to explore the delights of the east nuke of Fife. Huge living room with comfortable settees and arranged to be very sociable and accommodate a large group. 4 large en-suite bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Pool table, great kitchen and dining areas everything you need for a large group of friends / family. WIFI was good considering the rural location and met our browsing and occasional streaming needs. Host was very helpful and informative. Highly recommend if you are looking for comfortable and relaxing holiday in the area for family or friends.

The Roundal is a large former horse barn steading conversion. Renovated on 2005 and again in 2015 to offer a very high standard of comfort or holidaying guests in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. Within close and easy reach of both St Andrews and Crail as well as all the numerous golf courses and beaches in the area. The property boasts four en-suite bedrooms, two living rooms , a large dining kitchen ,a fully stocked utility& boot room and a large fully enclosed rear garden with decking. There is full fibre broadband at the property which is free and the property also has flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and a large American size slate bed pool table in the large main lounge. Up to ten people can be seated at the extra large dining table , making this an ideal property for large family breaks and family gatherings alike.
At the Roundal my myself and my team are fully focused on delivering to our guests a trouble free and relaxing property, that boasts all modern features with some character and comfort. A clean and efficient property that allows our guests to relax and switch off , as well as a great base in East Fife to explore everything that is on it's doorstep. Ideal for sight seeing and golfing breaks , as well as large family gatherings, The Roundal is a fabulous and Unique property where lots of happy memories have been made.
The property is set in a peaceful steadings development on small part time working farm , with great views out to the north sea and plenty of space to relax.
