The Shippon is a terraced cottage, one of a group in Polyphant near Launceston. The cottage has a double room and a room with bunks, along with a shower room, kitchen with dining area and sitting room, along with a shared external utility, and a shared conservatory with coffee-making facilities in the spacious grounds. The cottage has off road parking for one car. The Shippon is well placed to enjoy walking on Bodmin Moor, surfing on the North Cornwall coast, or cycling along the Camel Trail.

The beaches of the north coast are just 14 miles away and also bring you into close proximity to attractions such as the world-famous Eden Project and the Victorian discovery, the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A few miles west of Polyphant, you can take in the rugged beauty of Bodmin Moor with its granite tors, walking opportunities and secluded moor-land villages.
