Property information

Ty Del, recently fully refurbished and finished to a very high standard, offers all the comforts of modern living. Well equipped with everything you would expect in a quality holiday home while retaining an authentic rustic feel. It’s opposite the 12th century St Cadfans Church, conveniently located for the town centre and Magic Lantern Cinema. The beach is just a 15-minute walk.

NEARBY: If you haven’t visited this part of Wales before, this lovely period cottage is an ideal base to experience the West Coast of Wales and the stunning Snowdonia countryside. Tywyn’s renowned ‘Magic Lantern’ cinema & arts venue is just across the road. The mainline train station is only 10 mins away as well as the world-famous Tal-y-llyn Railway ( the world’s 1st preserved railway). The Cottage is just a stone’s throw from Tywyn’s High Street with all amenities including good restaurants, pubs & many independent shops as well as two supermarkets. Only a short walk is the sweeping sandy beach, where you can watch spectacular sunsets and regularly spot dolphins.
