Inside Tyn Llan, with stone flagging and underfloor heating in the kitchen, remnants of the old cottage may remain, but style and comfort are now the order of the day. The sitting room is super with gentle colours, stone flags, a warming wood-burner and striped blinds; sink into a squashy snuggler chair or sofa with your drink and unwind. A spacious family kitchen is well equipped with a great gas hob, good ovens for the keen cook and everything you need to prepare a super supper. A chunky dining table keeps the country feel and is convenient here for unhurried dinners. Underfloor heating in the kitchen keeps the toes toasty warm throughout the year. The main king bedroom at Tyn Llan is beautifully uncluttered with warm colours and simple furnishings. Wake to views over the garden. Next door is a twin room, small but perfectly formed. A pretty bathroom, crisp and shiny with a large bath to help soak away any weary limbs. Outside the large, established garden is a delight with seating areas and a trampoline for all to enjoy.
