UMS Townhouse is situated in a quiet residential living area in the heart of Swansea city center. With only a walk of 5 minutes to the famous Swansea beach, 5 minutes walk to the city center and bus station, not far and walking distance to the train station. There are many excellent restaurants, bars, night club and cafes around the Townhouse. There is a small park right by your doorstep. Our house is designed with a unique space for guests to enjoy music, providing high-quality sound, a HIFI tube amplifier, Turntable, a CD player, and earphones. In addition, the house also is designed with a comfortable neoclassical bathroom and modern kitchen room. The house has a lovely backyard. We provide free Wi-Fi, essential toiletries, Kitchen supplies, and a bottle of white wine for guests. You can find lots of parking on the road in front of the house, with free parking from 6 pm-8 am. Of course, there are plenty of paid parkings around the house. You can access the property by using the lock box to collect your Keys. It’s perfect for families and working professionals alike.
