First and foremost, our property is located in ideal space in the lively city center - Saburtalo district, which is the largest urban and business development area of Tbilisi. Within 3 minutes walk you will find yourself at at Gamsakhurdia (former Pekin) avenue; various food retailers, banks and stores are basically around the corner; ready made and take away food stores are right at footsteps of our building; our apartment is clean and cosy one with all basic necessities that a visitor might need. it has wide windows and small balcony allowing you to enjoy fresh air; a visitor will have small touch with art by seeing small number of art masterpieces on the wall of the apartment - handmade masks in Venetian style. Modern studio-kitchen and satellite TV access at one place give you enjoyable time spend in the apartment.

Although, my professional background is finance and accounting, I have devoted most of my free time to art and paintings. My recent dedication was to mosaics creation and other similar accessories. During my last trip to Italy I had a unique chance to be exposed to art "therapy"and upon return I have made my small art studio at home where I exhibit my paintings and mosaics and will be able to provide small classes on art "therapy"techniques and skills for guest if requested. I enjoy travelling, camping and outdoor activity. I am easy going person and communicable with readiness to help out a visitor if needed.

As mentioned above, the neighborhood is very vivid, dynamic and lively area with lots of activity for guests to undertake. You TBC Bank (leading Georgian bank) branch office as you leave the aprtment building; lots of small stores, retail and food shops are around the area. Recently US food store "Wendy"opened next to our apartment and can be seen from our windows. Beer pubs with live TV broadcasting on major sport shows are open throughout the day to stop by. Pastry stores are also here with major french brand represented. Major businesses are also spread in neighborhood, with oil giant BP having major office in Georgia on Sulkhan Tsintsadze street.
