The apartment itself is a mere block from Kidathineon street, Plaka's main artery, and Zappion, adjacent to the National Garden.Drawing inspiration from and showing deep respect for its traditional character, this house exudes charm. Built in the 1920s, this spacious 100 square meter abode occupies the first floor of a two-story building. The recently renovated bathroom maintains its unique character while offering modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (both filter and espresso), hotplate, as well as all the essentials for meal preparation. In the living room, two sofas easily convert into separate single beds, perfect for adults or children. Additionally, there's a sofa that transforms into a double bed, accommodating two more adults or children. For additional sleeping arrangements, a separate area, elevated by two steps, offers two single mattresses for a cozy rest. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a large table comfortably seating eight. The independent bedroom boasts a genuine double bed, air conditioning, a spacious closet, and an inviting armchair. Upon check-in, guests will find a pristine room with fresh sheets and towels (one small and one large per person). The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, an iron (with ironing board available), a washing machine (complete with clothes rack and pegs), and a hairdryer.
