-Due to Covid-19, steam cleaning & detol products are used. The house is sterilized and left 24+h empty after each reservation. -Fully reconstructed house with big yard and garden in a safe and quiet neighbourhood near the sea and the center. The house combines the traditional and modern style. -5 minutes by feet to tram station Mideias Mikalis and only 2 minutes from bus stations. -Also very close to supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bars, parks, shops, pharmacies, street markets, parks etc.(2-5 minutes walking distance) -Free parking in front of the house. -24 hour check in is available. -There is one main entrance and one with balcony and stairs that leads to the back garden. -The house has two big bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed. There is also a living room with a couch that turns in a double bed. The spaces are big so even 6 people can stay comfortable. There's bathroom and kitchen with all the utilities.

-The neighborhood is one of the safest and most sick places in Athens. You can reach everything you need on foot. Supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, parks, churches, nightlife are all very close! Transportation to go all around Athens is very easy and fast as the tram is very close. -There's a park ideal for kids and jogging only 3 minutes walking from the house. -The area is well known for the square of Nea Smirni which is a glamourous place that covers all tastes. The house is less than 2 km from the square, which is 8 minutes with the tram or about 20 minutes walking. Events and other happinings take place in the square too with a great variety of content. -For those who like learning about history there are statues in the parks and two small museums in the area. -Sandy beaches are also close, with beach bars etc. With the tram it's about 15 minutes. -The center of the city and Acropolis are close too. It's 25 minutes with the tram, but if you combine tram and metro you can be there in 15-20 minutes.
