45 sqm fully equipped apartment on the 4th floor (there is an elevator), in a very quiet area with balcony and sea view. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds, respectively. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook. On the comfortable balcony you will find a small barbecue and a table with chairs and a hammock. The city center is within walking distance and it will not be difficult to park.

You will find everything you need to make a breakfast or any of your meals. There is a table with chairs and a hammock in order to relax. Have your breakfast gazing at the crazy waters of the Evian Gulf or drink a glass of wine before going to bed in complete peace. Do not forget to be there at least one day of your vacation during sunset to enjoy the view with a unique noise the birds chirp.

The neighborhood is very quiet. Combined with being on the 4th floor nothing is going to bother you. Within 5 minutes walk you can be on the commercial street of the city with shops or on the beach of Chalkida with cafes and restaurants.
