The house is in a very beautiful area, near by everything but at the same time very quite. You listen birds during the morning when waking up. Even when you need to climb some stairs to arrive to the house, it is very worth to stay there. Zoi was a great host, very helpful and nice, taking care of everything. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

BulgariaStayed for 7 nights. Very close to everything in Ag. Ioannis, and at the same time, a very quiet location, plenty of space, a huge private terrace overlooking the Aegean sea (we lived in the uppermost apartment). Good Wi-Fi. Good water pressure. No issues with water drain in the shower. Very comfortable and clean, felt like at home. Were able to park our car easily near the apartment at any time. Wonderful hostess Zoi, always smiling and ready to help at any time.

RomaniaL'appartamento è molto confortevole, e soprattutto Zoi è un'ospite perfetta, attenta e discreta, reattiva e disponibile. Certo, è indispensabile avere un'auto per visitare i dintorni, ma il paese di Agios Ioannis dispone di due spiagge (Papa Nero è preferibile), e quindi una volta sul posto è possibile rilassarsi e non prendere l'auto. L'appartamento è centralissimo, perfettamente attrezzato, e dispone di un terrazzo magnifico da cui è possibile guardare l'alba che sorge dall'Egeo!
