Welcome to Iro Boutique Homes! A stone-built coffee shop "kafeneion" where all prestigious local men used to meet in the old times, was completely renovated in 2018 and transformed into 2 boutique homes -deluxe apartments with all modern amenities and comfort, in order to offer stylish accommodation, just steps (1 min walk) away from the sandy beach of Nea Hora and within 5-10 min walk from everything: shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, as well as the center of Chania city and the old town. Here, you can relax at the sun loungers, enjoy your homemade meals and BBQ in the garden and get a real experience of the local life in Chania, in the most popular neighborhood, within walking distance from everything! The garden is 100m2, and it is shared between the two homes; Each home has its own part of the garden, dinning set, sunbeds, etc. The two parts are separated by wooden fences and trees for privacy. Car is not needed, but if you decide to rent one, there is parking space in the surrounding streets, free of charge.
