This is a private apartment and not a hotel. The apartment uses A/C as a heating and cooling system. At the entrance of the building you will come across 10 steps therefore the apartment might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. We can store your luggage at a nearby location, upon prior communication. A small fee will apply. Our studio apartment is located in the heart of Exarcheia district, in the city center of Athens. A perfect starting point to explore the city as it' s within walking distance from the historical city center and a breath away from the modern city's highlight, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and the well known farmers' market of Exarcheia. The studio, situated on the 3rd floor, is overlooking an Athenian backyard, assuring privacy and tranquility. The studio features a bedroom with access to a charming balcony, a double bed and a dining table which can be used as a desk. An entrance hall with built-in closets to store your personal belongings, a sunny kitchen with all necessary amenities to prepare your meals and a washing machine and lastly a bathroom with a bathtub. We are not able to offer cleaning services no matter the duration of your stay.

The apartment is within walking distance from two metro stations, Panepistimio and Omonoia, and certain buses like 021, Α7, 813, 230, 025, 026, 027 run nearby.
