With five bedrooms, four bathrooms and lots of space to enjoy privacy, it may comfortably host up to ten (10) people. It includes a magnificent outdoor area with beautiful gardens, a large private pool, a playground and a spacious terrace to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The interior includes a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegant dining area, a laid-back living room with a fireplace and a cozy working spot. High-end furniture and precious materials throughout bring out a certain sophistication and an exclusive feel. A quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with several private villas. A private parking area is available into the premises, free of charge. No reservation required. There is an orthodox church next to the villa, ideal for Christenings and weddings called St. Panagia Syndriani - hence the villa's name. Please keep in mind that there are free-roaming chickens and cats in the property. During quiet hours, from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 23:30 to 08:00, all guests are obliged to observe the quiet hours and respect the peaceful location.
