Its most important feature, which makes it the most sought after, is that all kinds of shops, as well as the historic center of Athens, are within easy walking distance and it is only 10 minutes away by foot, from the most central metro station ("Syntagma" stop). The nearest and most convenient public means of transportation is the "Syntagma" metro stop, just a 10-minute walk away from the apartment.
