The house is about 28 sq.m. and it is located in Agios Nikolaos Area of Artemida Town, 400 m. away from the beach. The house includes all amenities. It is available with one bedroom which has a comfortable double bed and a closet. Also, there is a small sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, small oven, hobs, toaster and a kettle and the bathroom has a shower -with hot water. Also there is a shared washing machine into the warehouse. At the big veranda you can enjoy your coffee or your lunch. It is covered and protected from the sun and rain. There is also a big garden round the house. Pet-friendly place. NOTE: We do have a cat and a dog. They are really friendly to quests. Also, they will be around in the common area. They do not bite and they have NEVER been hostile. Bakery, mini market, cafeterias, restaurants - taverns, are all at walking distance. FREE USE OF: WiFi & 2 bicycles

5-10 minutes’ walk from the house to the closest beaches and beach bars of the area. At a distance of 13 km are the Attica Zoological Park, McArthurGlen Athens (the largest Ratail Park of Greece) and Attiki Odos. The Marathon tumulus is 17 km and the archaeological site Vravrona at 10 km.
