Lanchas are the best way to move around the lake and also to access the house. We have no access by car, only by boat. Don't worry about your first and last lancha, we have that covered. You just need to decide whether to take it in Panajachel or San Lucas Toliman. Are you arriving by car? Our parking is located right next to Cerro de Oro's pier, let us know so we can send you the location. Are you arriving by shuttle to Panajachel? Easy 15 minutes trip and several boats per day to choose from. - The first boat to Panajachel (Tzanjuyu pier) is at 6:30 am. Last one at 6 pm. - The first boat from Panajachel is at 7:10 am. Last one at 5:30 pm.
