El Hotelito Perdido is a little jungle hideaway located in a middle of Rio Dulce National Park. Just off the popular tourist route between Livingston and the town of Rio Dulce making it easily accessible by boat. There is a games room on site and guests can enjoy the on-site bar.

All rooms have a double bedroom upstairs and a sitting area downstairs. Rooms have river or garden views. Certain rooms have terraces with hammocks where you can relax in privacy. Every room comes with a private or shared bathroom. El Hotelito Perdido features free WiFi .

  • I'm wondering how easy it is to travel from your hostel to Livingston or Rio Dulce, do we have to wave down the public boats at certain times?

    Hello, It quite easy. The boats from Rio Dulce leave at 930 am and 230 pm. The cost is 125QWe are only a 20 minate boat ride form Livingston. You can call us and we can pick you up. The cost is 50Q per person. Minimum 2 people. Hotelito Perdido

  • When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

    Anytime really. The temperature here does not change much. It is a little cooler in the Winter. There is always plenty to do. Swimming,kayaking, and tubing are always great fun off the dock or just kicking back on the water swings or the dock couches

  • Do y’all offer one way kayak rentals to Livingston with baggage delivery?

    Yes we do. It is 50Q per person and 20Q per Kayak. We will deliver the bags to your next hotel as long as it on the water. That way we can pick up the kayak and deliver at the same time.....I hope this helps...Tim

  • Hey, I am on my way to Puerto Barrios now. Would it be possible to get a boat to your hotel today in the evening? I would pay for 2 people(I am solo)

    The public boats run till 5 pm. and sometimes later if there are enough people. It is possible to get a private boat but they can be expensive...Tim

    Hi! WiFi is available only in the communal area and it depends on the people connected. Normally it is good for sending messages in social network, downloads can be slow but to have a video call is challenging.

  • I am in antigua. Can i travel to your hotel by bus service from antigua? Do you know how this works?

    Yes you can. Several buses go From Antiqua to Guatemala City. The first appears to leave at 9.00 am. The bus from Guatemala City leaves at 2 pm and throughout the day. It will put you in Rio Dulce at night. First public boat leaves at 930am (125Qper)

    I would take a cab to the Public Boats. Ask to go to Livingston. We will send a private boat and pick you up. Total cost of Boat transfer will be 100Q per person. That is from Puerto Barrios to the Hotel...Tim

  • hi! I have seen your place and fallen in love, are you closer to Rio Dulce or Livingston? I was hoping to stay a few nights in Rio before I make my way up to Livingston. would it be best to stay in rio then get a boat to you stay a night then get another boat to Livingston. hope this makes sense!

    We are closer to Livingston.we are on the edge of Rio Dulce (24km away from center) We are 7 km from Livingston,I would grab a public boat. The times are 930 am and 230 pm. The cost is 125 per person. We look forward to seeing you

    You can only reach us by boat. Most people park at Bruno's Marina in Rio Dulce. The cost is 25Q per day. Tim

    No. It is 50Q per person with a minimum of 2 people. This is each way. So from our hotel to Livingston and back is 100Q per person, minimum 2 people.
