Fully restored modern apartment just 100m from the sea and the old city entrance. It has a beautiful and unique sea- and cityview. On foot, it only takes 3 minutes to reach the beach. The same goes for the historic centre, his main square and all his contain (supermarkets, pub's and restaurants). Further you will get a completely free parking place and regarding the location of the house you don't even need to start your car before departure. The apartment is fully air conditioned with a wide bathroom. During the hot and shiny days you don't have to care about your car as you can park it under the car port
