The apartment is located in Villa Agatha, in which we also live. We rent for over 20 years and many guests come for more than 10 years to us. We speak Croatian, English, German and Hungarian. This property is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach has a sandy part and extends till the old town of Sveti Filip i Jakov. Villa Agatha has several different apartments. Each apartment has a different layout and is individually furnished. Please take a look at each description of the apartments. Every apartment has air conditioning, a balcony as well free WiFi The center of Sveti Filip i Jakov is just 10 min walk away and offers Supermarket, Restaurants, boat rentals as well bike rentals for your vacation. You can make visits to the locations close by: Biograd na Moru (5km), Church of the St Donatus from the 9th century in Zadar (25km), UNESCO listed Cathedral st James in Šibenik (44 km). Zadar Airport is about 18 km away. Our recommendation is to visit the Kornati National Park as well the Krka National Park. The property offers free parking.

The Villa Agatha is only about 100 meters from the beach and about 900m of the village center. There is also a sandy beach which is very suitable for small children. The pebble beaches are equipped with additional amenities for entertainment (cafées) and recreation (playgrounds) equipped and in walking distance to reach the village there are 3 supermarkets, ATMs, post office and several bakeries, and restaurants for varied tastes right on the idyllic harbor. Sveti Filip i Jakov is located in the center of the Croatian Adriatic coast and all around there is a lot to discover. The National Parks are not far away and offer numerous options for wonderful day trips. The Kornaden can be reached by boat trips from the harbor. Here you can rent a motor boat, or join a tour group. There are trips with a semi-submarine to see the underwater world. In another environment are still national parks: Krka with beautiful waterfalls, Paklenica with the squat gorges and the freshwater lake Vrana.
