The first floor features a double bedroom with air conditioning and a balcony offering stunning views of the wonderful landscape. Furthermore, there is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated. Further details: WiFi free of charge. Guests staying here in October/November will have the opportunity to experience how the olive harvest works. The charming house is located in Smoljanci, a small village in the central part of the Istrian Peninsula. Surrounded by typical Mediterranean countryside, it is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The large backyard (approx. 3000 m2) offers peace and quiet as well as enough space for children to play and adults to enjoy their free time. Right next to the private swimming pool (7 x 3,5 m) is a covered barbecue area with outdoor dining and cooking facilities. The interior of the house is really pleasant and welcoming, decorated in a colourful style with many personal touches.
