The newly refurbished “Golden Creek amazing Sea Views” apartment offers a stunning view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, the Adriatic Sea and the island of Lokrum, from a large shaded terrace and a balcony running along the front. This lovely and light-filled apartment was renovated in early 2019 and now features a brand-new top modern kitchen, two completely refurbished bedrooms, free Wifi, cable TV and air-conditioning. The world-renowned Old Town is a 15-min. walk away and beaches are nearby. All guests are welcomed by friendly manager Aida who takes them around and can help with all queries. The “Golden Creek Amazing Sea Views” apartment has two bedrooms with sea view sleeping 2 people each, as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a baby cot for additional guests. It has a large shaded terrace with a table and 4-6 chairs as well as a small coffee table for two. This sunny apartment was renovated in early 2019 (most picture show it as it was, new pictures coming soon). Both bedrooms, which have sea view, have been completely refurbished. One offers a queen size bed (180 x 200cm) and the other a standard double bed (140 x 200cm), both

Property manager Aida meets all our guests personally to give them the keys and show them around. She also helps with all queries they might have. Transport from the airport can be organized upon request against a fee for the driver.
The apartment is located in the residential neighbourhood of Ploce / Zlatni Potok (Golden Creek) near Dubrovnik’s most exclusive hotels. The Old Town with all its historic buildings, restaurants and cafés is a 15 min. walk or a 4-min. bus ride away. St. Jacob’s Beach is a 10 min. walk down a flight of stairs, and the Banje Beach is 10 min. towards the Old Town. The nearest café and restaurant are in Hotel Argentina (a 5 min. walk). The apartment is on the ground floor of a raised apartment building (46 stairs to climb). There is a separate entrance from the lower street (46 stairs). Parking is available in front of the building, The bus stop is 100m away, with busses going every 20 minutes to the Old Town (Ploce Gate) and then on to Pile Gate the Port of Gruz. From the Old Port of Dubrovnik (a 15 min. walk), boats go regularly to the island of Lokrum. Dubrovnik’s bus station and ferry port, which connect Dubrovnik with several islands and destinations in the region, are 5 km away. The airport is 20 km away.
