Welcome to Oak Holiday House Nature - Your tranquil sanctuary in the village of Krapje. Relax in the heart of nature in our recently renovated holiday home. The house was renovated in 2023 under the strict supervision of conservators and is protected by UNESCO as an indigenous wooden house of that area. It is built exclusively from oak wood and natural materials. The house consists of 2 floors, each with its own entrance, allowing guests the choice between separate reservation of each floor or reservation of the entire house. Each floor offers complete privacy and comfort for your stay. Both floors feature a bedroom equipped with a double bed and an additional bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Additionally, each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the river, providing you with a peaceful corner for relaxation. Furthermore, each floor is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. For further enjoyment of nature, an outdoor dining area is at your disposal, where you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape while dining. The fenced garden, protected for children and pets, extends over 200 m2, providing you with privacy and security during your stay. For additional enjoyment of nature, our orchard of 85 apple and pear trees awaits you with fruits ripening from July to November. We are just 100 meters away from the entrance to Lonjsko Polje Nature Park. In front of the house, there is a dock for a tourist boat that cruises along the nearby river Sava and its tributaries, taking you to the only European rainforest. For lovers of local cuisine, we highly recommend the "Ribič" restaurant, known for its fish specialties from the region, which is only 500 meters away from our house. For your everyday needs, a small shop is just 300 meters away, while a larger supermarket is nearby, in the town of Novska. Additionally, the village of Čigoč, known as the first European stork village, is only a 30-minute drive from our accommodation. Lipik Thermal Resort are near Krapje, about 30 kilometers away. Lipik is known for its thermal waters and wellness offerings. Furthermore, Lipik is renowned for its centuries-old tradition of horse breeding. Based on this long tradition and love, Lipik today has the honor of breeding new generations of noble horses - Lipizzaners. On the other hand, Thermal Topusko is a bit further away, around 120 km from Krapje. Thermal Topusko also offers various wellness treatments and thermal pools. If you're looking for thermal springs near Krapje, Lipik would be your closest option, while Thermal Topusko is a bit farther but still a possible destination for a day trip or weekend getaway. The village of Krapje also offers interesting opportunities to explore local culture and history.
