Family house set in a quiet street without traffic, on unbeatable location, right on the beach which is reached through a beautiful private garden decorated with Mediterranean herbs. Holiday house consists of a large living room, dining room (30 m2), TV / SAT, air condition .with3 seat sofa bed, 2 armchairs, (all pull out). The living room leads out to a huge balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea and the garden . Fully equipped kitchen is also on the first floor and a large bathroom with a toilet and washing machine.There are 4 bedrooms (15m2 surface area)on second floor. Three bedrooms oriented to the south offer magnificent views of the sea and onto a large terrace (30 m2). Rooms are all uniformly equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm) and air-conditioned. The fourth bedroom overlooks the parking lot and was designed as a children with two single beds and access to its own balcony (4 m2). On this floor there is a large bathroom with a toilet. The house has an outdoor barbecue area and parking on the plot (3-4 cars). Floor area: 145m2 Our guests are welcomed with a free welcome drink
