The water is good and drinkable, but since it is standing water we recommend bottled for drinking. The house has hot water, so it is possible to book it all year round. There is also an outdoor solar heated shower. Electric energy 220v is obtained through solar panels and serves for small consumers. Water and electricity need to be rationally used.

In this small fishing village on the island of Brač, you will feel the real Dalmatian atmosphere. Numerous stone houses and narrow streets give Postire its charm. No matter which beach you go to, you won't go wrong, from Gabrova, Rot and Zastivonje in the center of town, to Vela Lozna, Lovrečina and Dučac near Postire. Postire is the ideal starting point for Vidova Gora, the highest peak of Brač and all Croatian islands. From the top there is a view of the nearby islands and the popular Zlatni Rat beach. Only 2 kilometers from Postire is the medieval village of Dol with traditional stone houses, cycling and hiking trails lead to it.</p><p><br /></p>
