Kailani luxury apartment is a brand new, centrally located vacation home with a balcony overlooking the town's picturesque core and has been fully renovated this November 2020. Kailani accommodates up to 7 people and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a common dining space and a living room. Each room has a king size bed , with an extra pull out couch in the living room. Couch is comfortable and has its own Dormeo matress topper. Please note: We do NOT have an elevator in the building. We also do not have reserved parking spots, and since it is a central location, quite honestly it can be difficult finding a space to park. Please take this into consideration before booking with us. During daytime, you can take a tour of Zadar's 2000-year old historic center built by the Romans, which is a stone's throw away, while in the evenings you get to enjoy the town's vibrant nightlife. Visit the St. Donatus church, the Sea Organ and the Archaeological museum, try traditional Mediterranean cuisine at one of the numerous restaurants and sip on cocktails by the sea. Despite being centrally located, this accommodation is in a calm and safe neighbourhood.

The apartment is just a few minutes walking distance from Zadar's most wonderful restaurants, bars and clubs. Everything is nearby, yet the apartment itself is not located on a busy street, so you can find some peace and quiet after a long day of exploring the city! Few important things to please note: 1. There is only public street parking available in front of the building, but during high season it can get pretty busy since it's a central location, so it's not guaranteed there will always be a free place to park. There is however a payed parking garage nearby ( 2 min car drive, 5-10 min walking distance) where you can park at any time. Here is the address of said parking garage : 112. brigade 1, 23000, Zadar 2. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and the building does not have an elevator 3. Our apartment is beautiful and we worked hard on making it look and feel that way, however, we have no influence over the appearance of surrounding buildings, which look old and dated, so please do not hold that against us :)
