Holiday house Breza is located in beautiful surroundings of Lake Soderica, 13km from Koprivnica. We offer accommodation for 10 + 2 persons. Ideal for nature lovers, as well as for all who want to spend a few days relaxing by swimming in the lake, walking, cycling (Mura, Drava route) or fishing in the nearby lakes or the river Drava. There are 4 bicycles for available for guests, table football, darts, kayak for 2, children's playground and barbecue in the yard, and possibility to rent a quad. The house has two floors; The ground floor with two double bedrooms (one with access to its own terrace), bathroom with toilet, living room with wood burning fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. The upper floor is independent of the lower; has two bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. With a wood burning fireplace in the lower living room, the whole house has pellet heating. In the fenced yard, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue and a children's playground with swings, a slide and a sandpit. Pets are welcome and no extra charge is required.
