Amazing sea view brand new villa with big heated pool, BBQ area, direct sea access - its suitable up to 10 persons with 18000 square meters wood around and no any direct neighbours, 350 m from sea, near Gozinka beach, Suha Punta .Villa is fully equipped, divided in 2 parts in total with 4 double bedrooms & all en suit bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, wifi, air con, parking & floor heating. Suha Punta is one of the nicest areas on Rab, with plenty of beautiful bays. Island Rab is usually called ´Happy island' with loads of sunshine and 30 sandy beaches. Villa is located near beach Gozinka in Suha Punta, is one of the most beautiful parts of the island Rab, with pine woods & cristal clear blue water in lagoons. It is located only few minutes drive from Rab old town and the most famous beaches. Covered in a lush forest, this peninsula with beautiful pebble stone and rocky beaches is ideal for relaxing holidays. There are several bays around villa as well as famous fish restaurant Gozinka where you can eat fresh fish and other sea food or croatian specialities, direct by the sea.
