The houses are situated right above a pebble and stone beach in the bay of Novice. This is a Robinson Crusoe-style vacation, so anyone looking for untouched nature, sun, peace, and tranquility is in the right place. The houses are self-sustainable. We have our own off-grid solar power plant for electricity supply and a water tank (cistern). Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the resources provided by nature carefully. This especially applies to water. The houses are equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. All three apartments have kitchens for food preparation, bathrooms with hot water, and spaces for sleeping and living.

Drvenik Veli is an island located in central Dalmatia, in the Split archipelago. It is 8 nautical miles away from Trogir and approximately 3 nautical miles from the island of Šolta. The main settlement and port are also called Drvenik Veli, where around 150 people live. The island was first mentioned in the 13th century under the name Zirona. On the island, you can visit the Church of St. George, dating back to 1500, with altars that are over 400 years old. In the 18th century, the construction of a new church began, but only the front façade was built, and the church was never completed, so only the façade is visible now. In the settlement, there are also two summer residences of the Moretti and Tironi families from the 16th century. However, the main advantage of the island is its diverse coastline with numerous coves and sandy, pebble, and rocky beaches, among which the bays of Grabule (west of the settlement of Drvenik Veli), Mala Luka (on the west side of the island), Pernatica (south), and Solinska (south) stand out. In the bay of Grabule, there is also a statue called "Mother Dalmatia" by the academic sculptor Ante Kostović, who was born on the island. Particularly attractive is the bay of Krkšnjaš, better known as the Blue Lagoon, with its sandy bottom and emerald color of the sea. In Krknjaši, there is a seafood restaurant and a beach bar. In the settlement of Drvenik Veli, there is a store, bakery, and a restaurant. The island of Drvenik Veli is connected to Trogir by ferry, and the journey takes about 50 minutes.
