The house is located right next to a state park so there is just one neighbouring house in a quiet, residential area. One of the nicest beaches on Hvar - Pokonji Dol - is a short walk away. Hvar center is about a mile on foot, bike or car. The sunlit apartments are located in Villa Madeleine. Each has a private balcony or terrace with quality teak floors overlooking the Pakleni islands! Enjoy a romantic dinner on your balcony watching the Yachts sail by, or spend the evening by the fireplace watching Netflix. The village center is a 20 minute walk along the coast with beautiful views of the sea and the anchored boats. By car it is about 5 minutes. For your convenience, we can arrange to pick you up by car from the ferry in Hvar town when you check in and check out with your luggage so that your arrival and departure is as comfortable as possible! The closest supermarket is approximately 10 minutes on foot away. There are several options to rent bicycles in town. For swimming possibilities there are steps leading down to the sea right in front of the house, the nearest beach is in the idyllic bay only 3-5 minutes away (Pokonji Dol). Washing / drying / ironing on request & for a fee. We ask you to refrain from smoking in the house and from bringing pets. The pool area is part of our main living area and not available for guests.
