On the property, there is one room with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a tiny room with a bunk bed. There is a large table on the terrace where you can have lunch. The kitchen is small but equipped and you can also organize a barbecue in the garden. Family atmosphere and friendly environment. That is why it is unfortunately forbidden to raise your voice after 10 PM. You can play badminton in the garden the rackets are at the top of the cabinet. We are sharing the garden with 3 neighbors but they are not always there. Can be 5 guests if one of them is a child, otherwise just 4. 1 Private car park in the garden for normal size cars. (Third from the right.) No Wi-Fi. Please don't use the neighbor's wood for a campfire. If we have wood it is on our terrace. Optimal for families, and couples. Please leave the holiday home as you found it.

I am from Hungary, Szeged, living in Budapest.

The beach and bus stop is 10 minutes away on foot. The bus goes to Siofok. Near this beach, there is a little city center with different shops for everyday needs: a little supermarket, fruits, and vegetables, ice cream, a pizzeria, a self-service restaurant, newspapers, and souvenirs. The train station is 1,5 km away (20 min. on a walk). At the Szabaisóstó railway station there is a large open beach with a toilet.
