The accommodation itself is a fully renovated (124 sqm) apartment in a villa building of the top luxury part, the embassy district of the Buda side, built in 1914. The place has 2 separated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with bathtube and shower as well), a huge living room with a dining and sitting area with a 4K TV, with cable programmes and Netflix as well. The fully equipped kitchen has been separated at the other wing of the accommodation. I guess it is unnecessary to mention, that the apartment has a blazing-fast (1000Mbit/sec) upload/download internet access. The parking is free of charge in our protected garage under the building (192cm height). The world-famous Gellért Thermal Spa with great pools and a wide selection of relaxing/medical services is in a 5 minutes walking distance from the villa.

The neighborhood is the absolute luxury residential green-belt area of Budapest, very near to the downtown. The Gellért Spa - with 4 huge pools, 5 hot air chambers, and 2 steam rooms, wellness and medical services, classic and premium massages - is about a 5 minutes walk from your accommodation, there are supermarkets and restaurants too in a 10-15 minutes walking distance, the downtown can be reached with the brand new, (design award winner) Metro4, with bus, or with tram as well, the famous Great Market Hall can be found in the nearby area, too.
