Super hosts went the extra mile(s) to ensure my mother got a ride in a pony cart--her heart's desire! The property is lovely --we had a very spacious, comfortable room with a modern bath. The common rooms are fully decorated with antiques. A ruined church is just behind the house. Access to Den Angus is very near the property and free to guests at Kilmurvey House. The breakfast was delicious. The hosts provide transport to town for dinner each evening.

Our host Treasa and her husband were so friendly and welcoming! She really made our time in Inishmore so special. I would go back in a heartbeat. From the location to the shuttle service to the incredible breakfast...I can't say enough good things about this property. Also our room was huge and very clean.

Great unique experience on Inis Mor. If you are looking for a wonderful base to have an amazing touring experience, this is the place. Amazing hosts.

The rooms were spacious with beautiful views! The nice large bath tub was f wonderful after a full day of hiking. The breakfast was fantastic and introduced us to the magic of porridge with Bailey’s. The staff were very accommodating s as md allowed us to store our bags until our room was ready. The beds seemed a little too firm to us but we found this to be true at each place along our stay. A wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend.

The French toast was delicious and the location was beautiful.

We had the most amazing experience at Kilmurvey House! The room was beautiful, and the house was in the perfect location to explore Inishmore and there’s free entry to Dun Aonghasa, which was insanely majestic. We rented bikes right off the ferry in Kilronan and the bike company delivered our luggage to the house for us. The owners had a complimentary shuttle to Kilronan for dinner and we spent a great evening hopping to a couple restaurants and pubs and listening to music. The breakfast was perfect with yogurt, coffee, traditional Irish, and left us very nourished. The family who owns and runs the house were incredibly kind and welcoming.

it was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and took wonderful care of us. We called and they had a shuttle waiting for us at the ferry port and took us back the next day.

Kilmurvey house is the PERFECT stay for the Aran island - the location is the best on the island. We rented bikes and rode here from the boat and that was so fun!

The house and grounds are fantastic. Historic property in a phenomenal location.

Owner's were extremely friendly and open, provided valuable local insights and transportation to dinner. Great rec on dinner location. Great location at the foot of Dun Angus.

- Hi. I am booking a holiday for a couple and mother in law. She cannot walk long distances. Do you pick up at the ferry and drop guests in for dinner? We do provide a bus service to dinner in the afternoon, and we also provide drop departing guests to the ferry in the morning. Unfortunately we can not always provide a pick up from each ferry. There are minibuses at the ferry that provide taxi.Answered on 13 February 2023
