We are located on a scenic lush hilltop almost like a mini forest. We have 2+1 double rooms in two buildings . We charge INRs. 7000/- per room per two persons per night inclusive of three meals. Single occupancy in any room is INRs. 4200/-.GST is extra. We can also offer folding beds with bedding for extra guests at INRs.3000/- This way we have comfortably accommodated upto 13 and more ! Great for a larger get together !! We require at least 48 hours advance notice of your arrival to get things ready for you. A phone call to us is absolutely necessary when booking with us to confirm your arrival time and food preferences. We are a homestay and we treat you like guests in our home. Being foodies ourselves we offer yummy home cooked food but dont claim to have everything under the sun. We have a deluxe meal plan which you can opt for in advance which includes imported foodstuff and costs extra. We dont serve alcohol ; you are welcome to bring your own. We love pets and have 6 dogs .We do take in pets. Either you bring their food or we serve popular dry foods at Rs. 200/- per day. Kathryn and I are fun loving , gregarious folk. We love travelling, music, dancing, movies and cooking. We have travelled the world and often bring our culinary expertise from our travels to your plates. We love our pets and have several on our property who like us are very friendly. We love living in nature and always find it a great pleasure in sharing our lil paradise with like minded folks . We love art and have a wonderful collection which we have accumulated on our many trips abroad . Kathryn is from the US and John is from Kerala, India . We are proud of our property and maintain it on the slightly wild side. We have a very well equipped music jam room : if our guests are musically inclined , come jam with John who plays guitar. We dont mind partying but hooliganism and damage to property is strictly a no-no !! We request folks to turn down the volume levels after midnight as we do have neighbours who are very early risers. John , a good cook who never looks at recipes and Kathryn is a firm believer in starch and fat free Mediterranean kinda cooking. Our USP is really the great food and nature that we serve up here and we dont minge on quantity either. You BBQ on request

We are close to the National Park and Safari. There is a seasonal waterfall nearby . Our surroundings are great for walking . Most people just enjoy relaxing in our place so there are no "activities". We do have a table tennis table and some board games and a pretty good library. Internet is available in some guest areas. Phone signals are iffy. So we prefer cash payments. There is the Pyramid Valley on Kanakapura Rd. Great vibes , they say.. You get to see great sunsets from our property . We can arrange a bonfire for you at Rs. 250/-per night. We have all the necessary gear for outdoor BBQ if you wish to do yourselves. tell us in advance so we have the right stuff ready for that. Its quiet and green out here. We have domestic birds such as turkeys , geese, chickens etc who may take a liking to you. Especially the turks !! We rarely encounter snakes or other dangerous wild life. Always have a torch if you like wandering in the dark!! The power does go off but we just switch on our generator if someones awake! Generally ,you can sing , dance and make merry without any problems. Just remember we are a family here and there are young children about !! otherwise , just enjoy!
