This is a 200-year-old property, built in the traditional Nalukettu style. Have an underground room, which used to be the arms storage. There is an attic as well. During the rainy season, water flows to the centre of the courtyard. Have a clean water well. The whole building is with covered with roof tiles, where you can see the tiles which are over 100 years old. There is a Hindu temple, 50 feet from the property. The area is very quiet within the housing community.
