The location was perfect. We rented a car, but we didn't even need to use it as we could walk to everything! The breakfast, service, and hospitality was second to none. It was incredible.

Facilities, staff, location and services were excellent.

First, the food at this hotel is really incredible. I was told that the chef owns Dill which is a Michelin star restaurant. Second, the entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Third, it's fun to be on the harbor (the National Geographic Explorer was anchored right next to the hotel!). The harbor is very clean, safe, and a short walk to the fun shopping streets.

wonderful and attentive staff, comfortable bed, well designed bathroom suite , excellent room service breakfast, great location for walking around downtown Reykjavik

Prime location, upscale amenities and friendly staff.

The staff particularly Indra and Hanna (the bell captain from Portugal) were fantastic! The bedding and the le Lebo scent were phonomenal.

Beautiful lobby with simulated Aurora Borealis wall lights & it smelled LOVELY throughout the entire place! Heated bathroom floor was warm and helpful

The location and the hotel are amazing. And the attention it’s great

- Hi there, I s the gym and spa included in the price or there is any additional? is the spa and gym open by end of February? regarding the northern lights, aurora borealis, there is a nice spot to see the lights?? Thank you LeoThe gym and the spa are free to use for our guests, it is only treatments at the spa that are subject to cost. About the northern lights, there is a good viewpoint from the rooftop bar at the hotel and a few sports along the coast that are popular.Answered on 14 November 2022
