Large apartment with private parking located in the hamlet of Riva Trigoso, just 300 METERS from the seafront and the beaches that can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The center of Sestri is about 3 km away and can be reached by car or bus. Ideal place to stay to visit Sestri and the nearby towns of Tigullio but also Moneglia which is 8km away, Levanto 30km away, up to the Cinque Terre which can be reached in about an hour. Located on the first floor of a five-seater building equipped with a lift and private parking space, the apartment opens onto a large living room with a double sofa bed, armchair, TV and dining table. The French door gives access to a large balcony that runs along the entire side of the house up to the bedroom, where there is another French door. Opposite the living room you will find a kitchen, very bright and overlooking a second terrace. Here there are induction hobs, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery for preparing and eating meals during your stay. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a sofa and one with two single beds and two chests of drawers. There are therefore six total beds. The two bedrooms both have access to the balconies of the house. Finally you will find the bathroom, with large shower, toilet and washing machine that can be used during the stay. There is no air conditioning, but the presence of balconies in every room makes it very easy to air the rooms. For the winter months, however, the house is equipped with central heating with radiators, therefore the switching on and off times will be managed directly by the condominium according to their regulations. Bed linen and towels are provided by us based on the number of guests booked and are included in the price. There is a private parking space near the entrance to the building. Pets are not allowed.

Check out will usually be done before 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist Taxes In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of Euro 30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-in before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.
