Upon entering you will find after the entrance a large and bright living room with a sofa bed for two people, television, a wardrobe and a French window which leads to the balcony of the house, where you will find a table with chairs to be able to relax outdoors during the beautiful vacation days. In the living room there is also a wood stove but for safety reasons it is NOT allowed to use it. The kitchen is separate from the living room and equipped with everything you need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, moka, kitchen utensils, dining table and crockery. Proceeding you will find the two bedrooms of the house: the first with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and a second with a sofa bed for one person and a second wardrobe. Finally there is the bathroom, complete with sanitary ware and large shower. Inside a storage room you will find a shoe rack, a washing machine that can be used during your stay, a drying rack and an iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company, are supplied for the number of people booked and are included in the price. The house offers free PRIVATE PARKING. You can also use the Wi-Fi connection. We offer the possibility of free use of two bicycles that you will find on site. There is NO air conditioning. The heating is autonomous. Animals are not allowed.

Hi, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide a check-in service by our professional staff: they will contact you to agree on the arrival time, show you the house and give you the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. We will be at your disposal during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually take place by 10:00 am. ATTENTION: WE CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you travel for work before booking our apartment make sure you can use the Booking reservation receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from 1 March to 31 October the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros per day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we normally ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and check-out outside the permitted times are often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9pm, early check-ins before 3pm) , for later times, if it were possible to organize ourselves, the figure could be higher.

The Sestri train station is about 2 km from the apartment and can be easily reached by bus, departing from Piazza Italia (300 meters from the station). The closest stop to the apartment is approximately 80 meters away. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous locations of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, which are less than an hour away. A destination also loved by athletes and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the hills there is a dense network of paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty. Sestri is also about 30 minutes from Genoa, a city of incredible beauty with its characteristic alleys, churches and period buildings, the Old Port and the famous largest Aquarium in Europe.
