Modern and bright apartment recently renovated, in the heart of Saragozza neighborhood, one of the most charming residential area in Bologna. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a neighborhood that is well connected to the city center, the Main Hospital, the Dall'Ara Stadium and the Unipol Arena. The entrance opens onto a hallway that welcomes guests with a comfortable bench with two shelves for storing shoes and a mirrored closet. The living area consists of a living room furnished with a single sofa bed, a dining table and a TV, that is directly connected to a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, the first one featuring a queen-size bed, an armchair, a closet and a desk, the second one with two single beds which can be put together making a queen-size bed, a dresser, a clothes rack and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.
